(Topography file formats for waterPML command)

◆--topography_file_format=latlonの場合 (In case of --topography_file_format=latlon)

1行につき1つの地点での標高を表す。
Each line represents the altitude at a point.
1行は3列から成る。列の区切りにはタブが用いられる。
Each line is composed of 3 columns separated by tabs.
各行の第1列はその地点の緯度を表す。緯度は実数(単位:度)で与えるか、度(整数)、分(整数)、秒(実数)をコロン(:)で区切って「度:分:秒」の形式で与える。
The 1st column of each line represents the latitude of a point. The latitude is given in two alternative formats. One is a real number (unit: degrees). The other is the degrees (an integer), minutes (an integer), and seconds (a real number) separated by colons (:) as degree:minute:second.
各行の第2列はその地点の経度を表す。経度の書式は緯度と同じである。
The 2nd column of each line represents the longitude of a point. The format of the longitude is same as that of the latitude.
各行の第3列はその地点の地表面の標高[m]を表す。
The 3rd column of each line represents the altitude [m] of the ground surface at that point.
データ点は不規則であっても構わない。
The data points can be irregular.
データ点の水平位置に重複があってはならない。複数ファイルで地形データを与える場合においてファイル間での重複も許容されない。
The horizontal locations of data points must not duplicate; this rule applies not only to each file but also to data from different files.

◆--topography_file_format=xyの場合 (In case of --topography_file_format=xy)

1行につき1つの地点での標高を表す。

◆--topography_file_format=3Dの場合 (In case of --topography_file_format=3D)

3次元データのファイル形式のいずれかで与える。独自のファイル形式参照。

地形データは\((x,y)\)毎の標高\(h(x,y)\)を与えるものであるので本来は2次元データである。これを「\(z\)方向の格子点数が1の3次元データ」として与える。この\(z\)は2次元データである地形を3次元データ用のファイルで与えるためにダミーで挿入する値であり、計算における\(z\)座標と混同すべきでない。本来は\(h(x,y)\)のように表すことが可能な地形データを無理やり変数を1つ増やして\(h(x,y,0)\)と表したときの0のことである。下表参照。
The topography is a 2-D data expressed as the altitude \(h(x,y)\) at each point \((x,y)\). Express this data as “a 3-D data with only one grid node along the \(z\)-direction”. This \(z\) is just dammy, used to give the 2-D topography data by a file for 3-D data, and should not be confused with the \(z\)-coordinate for the computation. The topography data \(h(x,y)\) is expressed as \(h(x,y,0)\), where a dammy variable was added to express the topography by the 3-D data file format, and this dammy 0 is the 3rd variable of the topography data. See the table below.

複数ファイルで地形データを与える場合、定義域が重複した領域ではパラメータtopography_filesにおいてより後に書いたファイルのデータが優先して用いられる。
If the topography data are given by multiple files, data from latter files in the list of parameter topography_files are used for regions where definition ranges duplicate.
